windows: before & after

Here is a "BEFORE" photo of the front of our house, before we hired Mark & Company to install pretty new windows. :)


Here is another "BEFORE" photo that shows the kitchen window a little better, plus the big white screen we used all throughout the summer because the old windows let in so much heat...plus it covered up the old, ugly window. ;)



And here is an "AFTER" photo of our nice, big, pretty, front window + the kitchen window. Yay! We love the way it turned out!


Another "AFTER" photo. I feel like this was the way our house was always supposed to look; it looks natural. It just took almost 3 years to get this way.

And now for a little perspective, here is a photo of what the house looked like when we decided to buy it...

Scary, right? :P

Finally, this is the way it looked for most of the time that we've lived here:

We painted the trim & the door as soon as we could. Then we painted the whole house last summer. What a long process. Soon, we are planning to list our house to sell in hopes that we can find a new house with a little more space (to start all over again). A little overwhelming to think about, but we're hopeful.
