What a beautiful wedding. Kenton & Nathan have been friends since middle school & so many other friends from his days in Fairbanks were in attendance as well. We thoroughly enjoyed catching up with everyone! All of the details of the wedding & reception were just lovely. Made me wish I could have a do-over...or at least made me dream about helping with my childrens' future weddings. ;) They really just matched my personal style & preferences so well. :P
We were seated at the "Alaska" table, of course. Loved visiting with these long-time friends.
These three.
The toast.
The mother-son dance (cha cha?) was a highlight for everyone. They've danced together for years & it was so touching.
Gorgeous flowers!
Pies!
All of the benches were covered with blankets from swap meets. Loved it!
It was such a blessing to be able to attend the wedding. I'm so thankful to our parents for helping to make it possible. We were able to relax & enjoy each other like we haven't been able to do in years. We came home refreshed & with a bit of renewed patience for our lovely & busy kiddos. Much needed time away. ;)
